There are times in life where God calls us to places where we feel a deep sense of our helplessness. We can palpably feel our inability to do what needs to be done in order to avoid disaster. During those times, how do we go about remembering God’s faithfulness?

In Joshua 4, we find a reminder of God’s faithfulness through not only Israel’s crossing over the Jordan River, but also as the people look back to what God had done through bringing them out of Egypt forty years earlier.
