Sermon: Permanent Evidences in the Life of the Ones Chosen by God (1 Thessalonians 1:2-10)
Ultimately, true Christianity is measured by nothing less than real, genuine, Holy Spirit transformation in the life of the believer. In other words, we do not have genuine Christianity apart from something that we cannot create on our own—the fruit of the Spirit, arising from faith in the word of God through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
This week and next, we have the privilege of hearing the word of God through pastors who are laboring in churches across the world in Colombia. In this week’s sermon from 1 Thessalonians 1:2–10, Édison Florez preaches on the way in which the gospel of Jesus Christ produces permanent evidences in the lives of those whom God has chosen.
