Registration for the Harvest Women’s Retreat is now open!

The retreat will be held on March 20-21, 2020 at Carol Joy Holling’s Swanson Center. Check in starts as early as 4pm on Friday and the retreat will end at 4pm Saturday.

Your cost includes 3 full meals, overnight accommodations and snack bar throughout.

The theme for the weekend comes from Hebrews 10:24-25:

24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Rebecca Tredway, a member of Redeemer Presbyterian in Lincoln, will be teaching on “Life in community: how being united in Christ changes the way we live”. We plan to spend time learning together, worshiping, praying, hearing testimonies of God’s faithfulness, and having fun! There will be a variety of activities and free time to hang out and fellowship! We desire to make this an encouraging and welcoming event for ALL the women at Harvest. Whether you ‘feel’ connected and part of the community or not, this retreat is for you!

The desire is that every woman from Harvest would be able to attend the retreat. If financial concerns might prevent you from coming to the retreat, there is a place to request financial scholarship on the registration form. We would love to have everyone there!

On the registration form you will be able to indicate housing and roommate preferences. We will attempt to honor all housing preferences and mutual roommate requests. Please talk with the other person before making roommate requests.

Teenagers are welcome to attend. Nursing infants are welcome to tag along.

All registrations must be received by February 9th, 2020. The registration form for you to print out at home will be on the weekly emails or copies of the registration form will be available for you in the parlor. Registration forms and payment can be given to Naomi S. or Cindy B.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask!
